Please check the activities for which you are willing to volunteer:
Note: Pre-Event can be anytime in the weeks leading up to the dinner.
Friday is the day before the dinner. Saturday is the day of the dinner.

Single Day Activities:
Prep Day
(Friday)
DSUMC Fellowship Hall starting at 7:00a: Volunteers are needed to help with meat and dish preparation. Help for an hour or help for the day. The more help volunteers, the sooner we wrap up. Breakfast and lunch provided. Typically finished by 4:00p.
Final Prep
(Saturday)
DSUMC Fellowship Hall starting at 7:00a then D.S. Ranch Park Event Center after 3:00p: Volunteers are needed to help finish dish preparation and setup for the event. Help for an hour or help for the day. Breakfast and lunch provided.
Transportation
(Saturday)
DSUMC Fellowship Hall starting at Noon: Volunteers are needed to help load, transport, and unload everything between DSUMC and the D.S. Ranch Park Event Center before and after the event.
Setup
(Saturday)
D.S. Ranch Park Event Center starting at 3:00p: Volunteers are needed to help setup the cafeteria and serving areas before the event.
Kitchen
(Saturday)
D.S. Ranch Park Event Center starting at 3:00p: Volunteers are needed to be part of the Kitchen Crew cooking during the event.
Ticket Sales
(Saturday)
D.S. Ranch Park Event Center starting at 5:00p: Volunteers are needed to help with the Ticket Sales and Will Call processing during the event.
Games
(Saturday)
D.S. Ranch Park Event Center starting at 11:00a: Volunteers are needed to help setup and run the Cornhole & Washer Tournaments prior to the dinner.
Kids Zone
(Saturday)
D.S. Ranch Park Event Center starting at 5:00p: Volunteers are needed to help with watching and entertaining children in the Kids Zone during the event.
Auction
(Saturday)
D.S. Ranch Park Event Center starting at 5:00p: Volunteers are needed to run the Live and Silent Auctions, including being spotters for the bidders during the Live Auction.
Cleanup
(Saturday)
D.S. Ranch Park Event Center starting at 8:00p: Volunteers are needed to help cleanup the cafeteria and serving areas after the event.

Ongoing Activities:
Auction Prep Women volunteers are needed to help set up, organize and acquire donation items for the the Silent and Live Auction. Assistance with donation acquisition in the weeks before the event and/or at the D.S. Ranch Park Event Center starting at 2:00p to help organize and set up the donated items for the Live and Silent Auctions.
Meat Prep
(Pre-Event)
Volunteers are needed to help with the butchering of the donated meat. Tools and training provided. On call, as needed basis. Usually evenings or weekends with a couple of days notice.
Promotion
(Pre-Event)
Volunteers are needed to help promoting the event, soliciting donated items for the auction, and recruiting sponsors around the local and business community in the weeks leading up to the event.
Ticket Sales
(Pre-Event)
Volunteers are needed to help with the sale of tickets at the church between services and various locations around the community in the weeks leading up to the event.

Food Donation:
Dessert Please describe the dessert and quantity (e.g., 3 dozen Chocolate Chip Cookies). Desserts can be dropped off at the DSUMC Fellowship Hall anytime on Friday or on Saturday morning.

Meat Please describe the meat and quantity (e.g., 2 deer – or – 2 wild boars) and processing condition. Delivery appreciated but pick up can be scheduled.
