Single Day Activities:
Prep Day
(Fri 02/09)
DSUMC Fellowship Hall starting at 7:00a: Volunteers are needed to help with meat and dish preparation. Help for an hour or help for the day. The more help volunteers, the sooner we wrap up. Breakfast and lunch provided. Typically finished by 4:00p.
Final Prep
(Sat 02/10)
DSUMC Fellowship Hall starting at 7:00a then DSHS Cafeteria after 3:00p: Volunteers are needed to help finish dish preparation and setup for the event. Help for an hour or help for the day. Breakfast and lunch provided.
Transportation
(Sat 02/10)
DSUMC Fellowship Hall starting at Noon: Volunteers are needed to help load, transport, and unload everything between DSUMC and the DSHS Cafeteria before and after the event.
Setup
(Sat 02/10)
DSHS Cafeteria starting at 3:00p: Volunteers are needed to help setup the cafeteria and serving areas before the event.
Kitchen

DSHS Cafeteria starting at 3:00p: Volunteers are needed to be part of the Kitchen Crew cooking during the event.
Ticket Sales

DSHS Cafeteria starting at 5:00p: Volunteers are needed to help with the Ticket Sales and Will Call processing during the event.
Kids Zone

DSHS Cafeteria starting at 5:00p: Volunteers are needed to help with watching and entertaining children in the Kids Zone during the event.
Auction

DSHS Cafeteria starting at 5:00p: Volunteers are needed to setup and run the Silent Auction, as well as help with the Live Auction.
Cleanup

DSHS Cafeteria starting at 8:00p: Volunteers are needed to help cleanup the cafeteria and serving areas after the event.

Ongoing Activities:
Meat Prep
(Pre-Event)
Volunteers are needed to help with the butchering of the donated meat. Tools and training provided. On call, as needed basis. Usually evenings or weekends with a couple of days notice.
Promotion
(Pre-Event)
Volunteers are needed to help promoting the event, soliciting donated items for the auction, and recruiting sponsors around the local and business community in the weeks leading up to the event.
Ticket Sales
(Pre-Event)
Volunteers are needed to help with the sale of tickets at the church between services and various locations around the community in the weeks leading up to the event.

Food Donation:
Dessert Please describe the dessert and quantity (e.g., 3 dozen Chocolate Chip Cookies). Desserts can be dropped off at the Fellowship Hall anytime on Friday (02/09) or on Saturday morning (02/10).

Meat Please describe the meat and quantity (e.g., 2 deer – or – 2 wild boars) and processing condition. Delivery appreciated but pick up can be scheduled.
